Decadent Designs does not require a minimum order.

Each invite has a price. To find the total cost, simply multiply the listing price by the quantity needed. Please keep in mind that there are additional services available such as address printing and color print which will affect the final price.
If you find a decadent design that you can't refuse, a $100 deposit is secured. After the deposit is received the formatting and proofing process begins. This can take 1 day to 1 month, depending on you. Two complimentary revisions are included and each additional revision will incur a $25 fee. Once the final proof is approved, the remaining balance is due. Production will not begin until full payment is received.
There are 2 methods to remit payment via the internet. You can go to www.decadentdesignsllc.com/contact and click “make a payment.” You then enter the dollar amount due in the unit price. A paypal account is not required to remit payment in this manner.
If you have a Paypal account, you can log in to Paypal, click “send money” and then enter the email address decadentdesignsllc@hotmail.com.

Decadent Designs uses a solid ink printer. Solid ink is a proven color printing technology only offered by Xerox. A solid ink printer uses solid blocks (similar to crayons) of no-mess, non-toxic ink instead of toner or inkjet cartridges. The ink is instantly fused onto the paper using heat and pressure, which is why solid ink produces such great image quality on any kind of paper. Toner and inkjet ink soak into the paper, so the image is dependent upon the type of paper used. Using solid ink, we are able to print on matte or metallic paper, smudge-free.
Other printing methods are not offered at this time.

Generally, invitation sets come with an invitation, response card, coordinating envelopes and one enclosure card. Additional 2-layer enclosure cards are available for $1 and 1-layer enclosure cards for $.50.
If you purchase your invitations through Decadent Designs, you will receive 10% off all accessory pieces including but not limited to programs, save-the-dates, menus, announcements and place cards. Prices are determined on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with your requests. If purchasing save-the-dates, because they are purchased prior to the invitations, the 10% discount will be applied to the final invitation invoice.

If you are looking for a particular paper, color, font or ribbon, we can work with you to customize our existing designs. There is usually no additional charge for customizing an existing invitation with slight changes. However, changes that alter the overall design may incur additional charges.

Our designs and ideas are just the beginning to creating your stationary. Custom orders are always welcome and require an initial non-refundable $75 design fee. We will then discuss your vision, budget and ideas to create the perfect invitation. Two complimentary revisions are included and each additional revision will incur a $25 fee. Once you have approved the final proof, the final payment for your order will be due. Upon receipt of payment, your custom pieces will be produced.

Since color settings may vary on every computer; we recommend the purchase of samples. Samples can be purchased by simply adding the invite to your cart. We also offer small sample swatches (approximately 2” x 2”) that contain all of the papers used in a particular invitation. These may be useful if you are just interested in seeing and feeling the papers used to create the invitation. Sample swatches are $1.50 which includes shipping and handling. If you are interested in ordering sample swatches, please contact us with your request.

Unlined invitation envelopes are $.75. Unlined RSVP envelopes are $.50. The price for lined envelopes varies depending on the liner. Please contact us for a quote.

Guest addresses can be printed on your outer envelope for a fee of $.60 per envelope. Your return address can be printed on your RSVP envelope or outer envelope for a fee of $0.40 per envelope. For $1.25 per set, we will print all 3 addresses which includes the return address, guest address and RSVP address. We are not able to print directly on black, brown or navy envelopes.
Guest lists are accepted via Word document or email. Please take the time to complete and spell-check your list. Lists will be written exactly as provided so please check your salutation lines, abbreviations and spelling for accuracy. Once your document is submitted, it cannot be changed. Decadent Designs is not responsible for overlooked errors submitted in your list. Orders will not be processed until the complete guest list is received.

Adhesive backed address labels are available in various colors. Pricing starts at $.60 and varies depending on size and color.

Your envelopes can be shipped early for a flat fee of $12.00. Envelopes will be sent as soon as they are received from the supplier.

Your invitations can be shipped directly to your guests or shipped to you. To ship the order to you, the shipping cost depends on the size of the order. Please see the rates below:

These rates apply to shipments within the continental United States. For shipments outside of the continental United States, additional charges will apply.
We do offer a mailing service to make your life easier and to save money on shipping charges. The cost is $.50 per invite in addition to the cost of postage.
We always use First Class Mail or Priority Mail which ensures the product will be received in 2-3 days. Additional services such as overnight mail, insurance or delivery confirmation is also available. If you are interested in these services, please contact us for rates.
Decadent Designs is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping.

Rush orders are handled on a case-by-case basis and can only be accommodated if there is room in our production schedule. Please feel free to inquire regarding our schedule. There may be an added fee for rush orders of 10-20% depending on the timeframe, our schedule and size of the order. Please take note that "rush" orders are not actually rushed, they are scheduled on nights and weekends, frequently ahead of numerous other clients, so you are paying to be moved to the front of the queue.

In the event that an order must be cancelled before approving your proof, the deposit will be forfeited. Please keep in mind that once your proof has been approved, a refund cannot be given.
